Our story

About Egg Academy

We are a startup from Aotearoa New Zealand, building a creative home on the web where young people level up skills, find their people, and ship real work—not just scroll past it.

The journey so far

Where it all started — Christchurch, NZ

Egg Academy was founded in New Zealand in 2022. Over our four-year journey we have been finding young creators around the country, helping them find their people, grow their digital skills and interests, and complete the loop of becoming a creator—not only consuming, but making and sharing work they care about.

That work has happened in sessions, community, and the product itself. Now we are ready to bring that to the big stage: the same ethos, opened up to more young people and the wider world, starting from the web app at egg.ac.
